By accessing or using altayoglufood.com.tr you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (₺) and include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are processed through the PayTR secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are never stored on our servers. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
4. Shipping
Orders are shipped within Turkey. Free shipping applies to orders of ₺300 or more; a flat ₺100 shipping fee applies to orders below this threshold. Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days.
5. Returns & Refunds
You may return undamaged, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Perishable or opened food products cannot be returned unless they are defective. To initiate a return, contact us at info@altayoglufood.com.tr.
